Dealer Accounts & Wholesale Pricing

You will need to create a Dealer Account to access dealer/wholesale pricing.
You can create a Dealer Account by clicking on the Account link in the upper right section of the top menu bar and selecting Create Account.

You will receive an account conformation/activation email shortly after creating/registering your account. Please follow the prompts in your activation email to complete the registration for your Dealer Account. We will fully activate your dealer account shortly after completion of your account registration.

Once your account has been fully activated, you will be able to log-in to your dealer account, and full wholesale-pricing and shipping rates will be made available to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for full account activation. Your account will remain active unless you specifically request for us to close/cancel it.

Order Processing & Billing

We require a 5 piece minimum order on all wholesale orders.

Upon placing your order, a temporary authorization will be placed on your payment method, however your payment will be not captured and you will not be charged until the actual time of shipment!

Wholesale orders are generally processed and shipped within 2 business days of order placement, although same-day shipment is quite common. Order conformation will be emailed at the time your order is received, and tracking information along with your final invoice will be emailed at the time of shipment.

Product and freight-charge adjustments may be entered during the invoicing and payment capture process.

Product and freight-charge adjustments may result in your order total being less than your cart total and less than what your order conformation email reflects. If any discrepancies exist between your initial order/payment authorization and your final invoice: your invoice and billed total may be lower than your initial payment authorization!

In short: You will never be charged/billed more than your initial order total/payment authorization!

Shipping Transit Time and General Information

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2 -3 business day transit time) or UPS (1 - 5 business day transit time).
International orders are shipped via your choice of either DHL Worldwide Express (2 - 5 business day transit time), USPS Express Mail (3 - 5 business day transit time) or UPS Worldwide Express/Saver (3 - 7 business days transit time).

Tracking information will be emailed at the time of shipment.
Please allow 12 - 36 hours for tracking information to fully propagate through the courier website infrastructure.

If you prefer to supply your own DHL/UPS/FedEx label and pick-up request, please select "Customer Supplied Label" during checkout and email your label to: sales@jackdeville.com
Our standard box sizes are 12"x10"x8" and 12"x12"x12" product weights are displayed on their individual pages.

Back-Orders

While it is extremely uncommon, some products may experience a short shipment-delay/back-order due to production demands and supply-chain processes. Please allow up to a 21 day lead time for any back-ordered products although delays are usually much shorter, if they ever occur. In the unlikely event of a back-order, we will notify you about any back-order status, and hold your order until it is ready to ship in full.

You will be notified of any back-ordered items, and you will be not be billed for any back-ordered items until they are ready to ship.

If you require immediate shipment of all in-stock items, please specify that you require immediate shipment of all in-stock items by specifying this request in the "P.O. / Special Instructions" field when placing your order.
